Fix title of discussion jump button at top of page

Before

The title on this button is wrong, because it jumps to the first unresolved discussion, not the next one.

After

The global jump button shows "Jump to first unresolved discussion", and only the similar button on an individual discussion shows "Jump to next unersolved discussion".
