Move remove token of Select2 to the right

What does this MR do?

Move the x of Select2 dropdowns to the right.

Why was this MR needed?

Make it consistent with other dropdowns.

@tauriedavis The changes shown in the screenshots above are made by the same CSS. Do you know any other places where those tokens are placed incorrectly?

I have also adjusted the top margin a little bit because it looked off to me.
