Update ruby metrics endpoint text to be clearer

Slight modification of text on the admin page, to be more helpful to the end user. Because the metrics endpoint requires the authentication key from the health_check page, utilizing this will not be straight forward.

Until we make this easier and hopefully automated, we should more clearly call out the documentation.
