Fix "Rspec-mysql 1 20 - Build Failed #21539350", which is caused by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/12582.
I realized this failure in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/2373 and fixed. This MR is for backport the fix.
