Drop default ORDER scope when calling a find method on a Sortable model

Fixes https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/35110

I will not say this fixes https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/23079, but from my perspective it does fix the problem this issue described, even if it doesn't use the same solution as described in the issue title.
