What does this MR do?

Since the patch is already generate by the job, developers can simply download it and apply it for their EE MR.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Next step would be to create the EE MR automatically of course...

Just realized that we could simplify the steps to create an EE MR.
