WIP: Yarn must be installed for the git user
What does this MR do?
Install 'yarn' for the 'git' user, not the admin user who runs 'sudo bla bla'.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Why was this MR needed?
We were installing yarn for the wrong user.
