Add hotkeys for formatting buttons in editor

What does this MR do?

Add hotkeys for formatting buttons in the editor. Hotkeys have the same behavior as clicking buttons on the bar.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

• Use mod mapping to command key on Max and ctrl key on Windows and Linux instead of using ctrl key on all OS as issue description said
• Update document about hotkeys

Add hotkeys for formatting buttons in the editor is missing.
