WIP: Add repo file info toolbar
What does this MR do?
Adds the repo file info toolbar.
I also decided to write Latest commit instead of Latest Commit to be inline with our current letter casing convention even though the mock up had it as capital letters for each first letter
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
