Restore droplab item style for keyboard navigation
What does this MR do?
Change dropdown item style of Droplab to be the same as hover style.
Why was this MR needed?
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/13421 only adjusted the hover style.
