What does this MR do?

Replace "/" with "-" in cache key documentation as "/" seems to cause "500 Internal server error" at cache uploading (experienced in a few builds in a row today in a private project on gitlab.com).

It sounds reasonably to have that restriction, however, it can be also threaten as a bug.
