What does this MR do?

Clarifies what users see in the Performance Bar, by ordering the description of the feature with what is seen on screen (left to right). Further clarifies what the times are that are seen in Profile mode.

Moving docs to a new location?

No.

  • If working on CE, submit an MR to EE with the changes as well.
    • Is that necessary in this case or is it all the same documentation?
