What does this MR do?
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
I believe that this only impacts the assignYourself() label and should not have upstream or downstream impacts.
Why was this MR needed?
Fixes minor issue with apostrophe (single quote) when clicking "assign to me". Name would render as Brendan O&x27;Leary instead of Brendan O'Leary
