Bamboo service ci_status by changeset
current Bamboo Continuous CI service uses a part of the Bamboo API that needs to configure labels automatically on jobs... There is a more direct route not needing this setup that this merge request uses.
I'm using it on a production server with success.
This corrects #1355 (moved)
