Reduce horizontal padding on input fields and select boxes

GitLab has a lot of horizontal padding on input fields. It looks kinda off, like someone's typed a space character before the contents of the box.

I've fixed this by reducing the amount of horizontal padding on input fields and select boxes in the CSS.
