Set event titles in atom to be type text

DJ Mountney requested to merge perforce/gitlab-ce:atom-content-escape-test into master

This is one possible way of preventing apostrophe's from being html_escaped in the title.

Alternatively we could update the tests to be testing against html_escaped username on the title element of an event.
