Adds new label color suggestions

This adds a bunch of label color suggestions

@dzaporozhets This merge request is pretty trivial but still no reaction from the maintainers. What's actually missing or preventing the merge?

Would be nice to see that small but very useful UI improvment in 7.8, since copy'n'pasting all the label tag colors from one project to another everytime is very annoying :)

That was a "blind commit" but should work that way respective the rails documentation

Can someone test the latest commit in IE? Does it correctly fall back to a normal textfield there?

Correct. If type contains something the browser doesn't know, it just ignores type and falls back to the default, which is text.
