@jschatz1 I think we should explore possibilities in adding VueJS to assets pipeline, instead of placing raw minified js in vendor/ directory. There is a Gem out there, I haven't checked it, but maybe this is good enough.

Anyway I think that we need some strategy in adding external dependencies, I'm not sure if this is documented somewhere?
