Remove Coveralls and Semaphore badges. [ci skip]

Remove Coveralls and Semaphore badges from the README. They're outdated, unused, and not GitLab CI :)

@connorshea Code Climate isn't outdated, and I'd like to leave that one.

It'd be nice if we could get accurate code coverage stats from Coveralls, even if it were only like once a week.
