What does this MR do?

Makes the tooltip show 'You' instead of 'me' when you award an emoji.

Probably not

Why was this MR needed?

because it was 'me' and everywhere else we talk to the user as 'You'

also addresses this little bug:

(I removed an emoji but am still listed in the tooltip)
