Add commit message for existing repository
What does this MR do?
Adds commit message to command line instructions for an existing repository.
Why was this MR needed?
It's easier to copy and paste the command line instructions. Without the default commit message, it opens the editor (in vim, the last command is pasted on the commit message). It's consistent with the other example.
