Fix icon alignment of star and fork buttons

What does this MR do?

Fix alignment of star and fork icons.

Why was this MR needed?

Buttons had more padding on the left than on the right.

What are the relevant issue numbers?

@winniehell looks good! I'd prefer that there were a few more pixels of space to the right of the icon, similar to how much space there was before (between icon and text), but that might just be me. I'll assign to @jschatz1 to make a call on that.
