Link project side bar version number to changelog.

More useful than linking to VERSION file.

@DouweM I dont agree. We already have link to CHANGELOG

@dzaporozhets It seems kind of useless to link to the VERSION file since it doesn't tell you anything more than the version number you already saw. When someone sees the version is X higher than the last time they updated, they are most likely interested in the changes, so I thought it would be convenient to link there. Linking to the VERSION file seems almost "disappointing" from a user perspective. Why is it a link at all if doesn't actually lead me to more information?

@DouweM sometimes I want to edit version file. And I feel really disappointed when I get redirected to CHANGELOG.

@DouweM also I dont get 2 links with different title from one sidebar lead to same page. Feel free to remove link for VERSION replacing with plane text. But not a link to CHANGELOG. It should be single obvious way to get to CHANGELOG and it is CHANGELOG link 😃

Haha, all right. I can live with leaving it like this for editing version file purposes :P
