Added installing Git documentation article

What does this MR do?

Adds a documentation article on installing Git on macOS, Ubuntu and Windows. The article could benefit from images but they will only be added once it has been decided how we will use Git LFS. Currently Git LFS cannot be enabled for documentation because the documentation server (docs.gitlab.com) does not have it installed, we are migrating to GitLab Pages soon.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

What do you think of the numbered headings? Without numbering it is a littler trickier to follow. In the future when images are added each operating system will get its own article but for the first first version the instructions are short enough to include all operating systems .

Why was this MR needed?

We never had a documentation article for this subject and I need to reference this theory in upcoming University courses.
