@adamniedzielski I added the test of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/5696 to show that deleting the due date is working now.

This will solve the issue in the milestones API, right? Other parts of the API will still suffer from the bug and have to be rewritten separately?
@adamniedzielski You are right. However, the whole API is now in transition to the Grape DSL as you can see in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/22928. Most of the APIs are already converted. I guess the issue is ultimately fixed in 8.15.
