@godfat Should we update http://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/app/services/notification_service.rb#L15 now that DeployKeys can also have a user?

@godfat Can we display on the list of a project's deploy keys which ones have write access?

@godfat Should we allow write access to be set on global (public) deploy keys?
