Add PlantUML support to Markdown.
What does this MR do?
This is a continuation of MR !8537 (merged) that adds support for PlantUML diagrams in Markdown documents.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Why was this MR needed?
Now that we have PlantUML support in Asciidoc why not Markdown too?
