Added note about the authentication gem used in GitLab

No, the idea is to add a comment above devise.

So this line https://gitlab.com/karengc/gitlab-ce/blob/bea0b6df3803036e77c730aba8d7eed34525a281/Gemfile#L23 needs to be extended with more information (only saying Auth is not enough, maybe say 'Authentication libraries')
