I think we should add X-Auto-Response-Suppress header too. Github for example set: X-Auto-Response-Suppress: All

@smcgivern I think as @artofhuman mentioned, it should be set to All. I can't see any value in having auto responses sent to the GitLab email address, so everything that can be done to stop it should be the best way to go
