Replace static fixture for right_sidebar_spec.js

What does this MR do?

  • Replace todos.json used in right_sidebar_spec.js by dynamically created fixture.
  • Introduce a dynamic fixture for the todos page (because @ClemMakesApps wants it so much 😄 ).
