Revert feature introduced in https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/pull/8760

Why?

It has unfixed bug for long time which is really annoying - https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/pull/8760#issuecomment-107906167
I was not able to properly fix it
It affected performance in bad way
