Finished up mattermost team creation
What does this MR do?
Finishes up the frontend for @zj's !8746 (merged)
Adds BindInOut which adds simple data-binding capabilities. It also utilities the existing toggle class.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
In the mockups, the Team URL:... text is lighter. We usually use the light class for that, which I used and realised has recently been changed to a pretty dark colour. Before I continue on that I would like to know the situation. :) /cc @pedroms
Also, we cannot have the updated success and error flash messages because we have no context of the mattermost team in our service at the moment.
