huge size of installed tool -> make available as go app

The goal of this project is to free some disk space. Now this tool itself comes at a weight of 500MB.

This contradiction feels like sarkasm, but I'm sure the author has the best intentions.

The image contains a python, a perl, go installation, some git repos etc. none of which has any use for cleaning up gitlab runner docker images AFAIK.

There's a single go application running inside the container that - AFAIK is working with the system it is actually running on. It would be nice if the tool was available as a simple packaged go application, without the huge, heavy concrete block surrounding it.
