Download link for "latest" points to old release (macOS)

Using the download link from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ci-multi-runner/blob/master/docs/install/osx.md (https://gitlab-ci-multi-runner-downloads.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/binaries/gitlab-ci-multi-runner-darwin-amd64) will currently get you v1.4.3 instead of v1.5.3.

I am quite sure this has happened in the past already. Unreliable latest links that end up giving you a downgrade are not fun.

Yes, definitely it's not fun. We need to finally prepare some mechanism that will protect us from pushing patches for previous releases to the latest namespace.

Also alpine images broken, instead of 1.5.3 inside is 1.4
