Change deb/rpm information

We have this fpm script execution: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ci-multi-runner/blob/master/Makefile#L259

We should update vendor, author and everything that is pointing to me :)

@ayufan To what values? And also I assume we should update this: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ci-multi-runner/blob/master/main.go#L43 (and the same in helper's binary)?
