CI runner flagged as malware by latest Windows Defender
The CI runner package from the instructions gets flagged as "Trojan: Win32/Spursint.F!cl" by a recent version of Windows Defender. VirusTotal.com and an earlier version of Windows Defender do not detect malware, so I'm guessing the file just needs to be signed or submitted to Microsoft for whitelisting.

I discovered that this behavior happens with the exe from latest
, but not the one from master
.
Here are the specific versions of Defender that do/don't detect a trojan in the latest
