yaml.v1 to yaml.v2 (Closes: #1499)

Closed username-removed-134837 requested to merge onlyjob/gitlab-ci-multi-runner:yaml into master

Seems like yaml.v1 to yaml.v2 is a trivial name space update. Please review.

Also somebody needs to take care of updating vendored yaml library.
