Add a link where on can download the packages directly.

Some environments don't allow direct Internet access, so I added a link where people can download the packages directly.

Unfortunately it's impossible to provide a direct link to the repositories, so one can mirror a repository internally. The best we could do is to provide a direct link for each supported distribution.
