OS X LaunchAgent cleanup and FAQ added

Hi guys! I just spent some time trying to figure out why runner isn't working on OS X as expected, so finally I figured out why and here I am to share it.

This MR removes unused (wrong) option for launchd (check it here) and adds FAQ record.
