Reenable GIT LFS

username-removed-832150 requested to merge ondrej.novy/gitlab-ci-multi-runner:master into master

LFS was removed in 85095759207ae5bcb211ccb3c32c719b845868b5 because it was removed from Alpine repository. This patch add LFS back using upstream release tarball. Upstream doesn't release ARM images, so this will work only for x86_64.
