What does this MR do?

Fix the package name in the documentation.

Why was this MR needed?

At least on Fedora 25 the package is now named gitlab-ci-multi-runner, like it is mentioned in the title of the box, and not gitlab-runner. I have not tested it on other systems, e.g. Debian based ones, but I expect this to be consistent with the box title.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Please double check apt-get/Debian case.
