Fix usage of one image for multiple services in one job

What does this MR do?

Makes sure that containers names of two different services started from the same image will be also different.

Why was this MR needed?

It should be done together with introducing extended Docker configuration options in .gitlab-ci.yml but it was missed. Also please look at #2647 (closed) for a reference.
