Actually, bad idea. The revert wasn't logged, it'll be better to create a new MR if we want to go again.

@jacobvosmaer-gitlab and I were discussing whether to go this route or to use rack middleware within the rails app itself to proxy the webpack dev server, so the status of this is somewhat up in the air
