Editing approval count for existing MR doesn't work
Summary
If I edit the list of approvers for an existing issue, the approver count is not updated properly. Additionally, the approver count always shows up as "1" when I begin editing the issue, making it impossible to set the count to 1 forcibly.
Steps to reproduce
- Create and submit an issue with multiple approvers.
- Edit (and save) the issue to remove all but one approver. The count is not 1.
- Edit the issue again, see that the approver count field is 1; saving the "changes" does not change the approver count on the issue.
Expected behavior
I should see the approver count match the number of approvers assigned.
Actual behavior
The approver count does not match the number of assigned approvers, and in the issue, will state that the issue needs approval by " (+ N more)".
