Geo Suggested URL should include HTTPS if the primary is using it
Description
In /admin/geo_nodes it suggests adding the server as HTTP even though HTTPS is enabled.
Proposal
It should check the external_url of the Primary and suggest HTTPS if that is what the Primary server is using.
