"username:password" stripped from mirror repo url after initial update
Summary
Auto mirroring fails after initial update/sync from private repos as the username:password is stripped off the url and access to the repo is denied.
Steps to reproduce
Create a new project and set up mirroring from a private repo with username:password in the url. The first update works well but attempts to update after initial sync fail as username:password is stripped off the url.
Example Project
The customer reporting this is running 9.3.3-ee. I reproduced on 9.3.3-ee but reproducing this on 9.3.2-ee was a negative as the functionality works as expected on 9.3.2-ee
