Refactor Jenkins docs

Jenkins docs need some love, since we don't mention the Enterprise Edition at all. We will also need to add Overview and use cases sections.

It's also not that clear, that Jenkins integration is a EE Feature only. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/blob/master/app/models/project_services/jenkins_service.rb

Referring to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/project_services.html (which is located differently than in CE: GitLab Documentation > User documentation > Project integrations > Project services instead of GitLab Documentation > User documentation > Projects > Project integrations > Project services (https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/user/project/integrations/project_services.html)) Jenkins nor Jenkins (deprecated) are listed while the only other EE extension (Gitlab Slack Extension is linked to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/gitlab_slack_application.html) there is no link to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/jenkins.html (once again: another breadcrumb)
