Service Desk banner on project page to increase usage
- Service Desk is already enabled by default for projects.
- We want to increase usage.
- It makes sense for project admins to be aware of Service Desk, see the email address, and disseminate it.
- The proposal is to put a banner at the top of the project page to tell people about Service Desk.
- When a project admin creates a new project, this is the first page that they see, so right away, they learn about Service Desk.
- The call-to-action in the banner is for the project admin to copy the email address and also to click Learn more.
- There is another call-to-action button that allows the project admin to click (which will go to the project settings), for them to see the actual setting.

All these conditions must be met for the banner to appear on the project page.
- The user viewing the page has permissions to access the project settings.
- The user has never dismissed the banner by clicking

View Service Desk settings

This means that all users that have access to the project settings will see the banner until they dismiss it.
