Follow-up from "Add settings for minimum key strength and allowed key type (EE)"

The following discussion from !2776 (merged) should be addressed:

  Looking at this list, it seems like they're all supposed to be alphabetized, though some that were already here seem to go against that, probably by mistake. In the CE version they're just tacked onto the end.

  I think we can resolve this in a new docs-only MR.

File in question is doc/api/settings.md.

This should be alphabetized in both CE and EE docs.
