What does this MR do?

Allow admins to select which groups to replicate in DR.

Why was this MR needed?

For many customers, they want to selectively choose which projects to replicate.

• Investigate project deletion on secondary after removing a group from selected groups to replicate
• Add option on the Geo Nodes page to allow admins to select which groups to replicate (Requires UI/UX)
• Does not list projects from not selected groups on a secondary node
